    A simple 3 image handheld HDR taken last Sunday

    40d + 17-85 EFS IS + polarizer.

    Hey Michael,
    Sweet colors and exposure is right on......my only preference would be for some off the bottom.....just above the top of the gazebo reflection......as this seems to strengthen the comp and line of the walkway for my tastes.....but we'll see what others chime in.

    Looks pretty natural for an hdr. A very nice sky and the comp works for me. I can kinda see Roman's crop but I like the extra reflections personally. I would darken the reflections though, as they are naturally darker than whatever they are reflecting.

    Very natural looking HDR Michael. I agree with Roman about cropping a bit off the bottom. The expanse of water doesn't hold the interest of the image, while the rest has a lot going for it.

    Good comp and exposure for the HDR. Boardwalk is nice leading line in the image. The sky is perfect. I would go with the crop but try Paul's suggestion too.

    Hand held?! How did you get them to align? Was your shutter speed just insanely fast?
