This is another image from my trip to the Netherlands.
    A Marsh Tit on a "V"-Branch.

They are so quick and fast moving, that it is a big joy, when they perch for a moment at the place you want them to rest for a second....

The light... the exposure... the BG... the details... the composition... all perfection in my book!!! The cool (pun intended) perch puts it over the top!!! Congratulations!!!!

This shot has it all. The BG is gorgeous and compliments the bird. Love the perch and the V. The perch doesn't overpower the bird, and the snow is an added touch. Can't forget the perfect head turn. Great capture! Marina

Cool capture, I like the shape of the perch and the ice on it. Great exposure control, details head angle and BG, too. I would be tempted to clone out the little twig sticking out of the perch.

Absolutely first class, I know how tricky these little fellas can be. The shot has it all, colours perch background and pose - well done!

Wonderful perch, light and colours.....great to see you got away with way more than just a bird on a stick. Although it is in fact a bird on a stick it has personality...great effort!

    Hi Rosl,
Great color. I know by myself that these little fellows sit never longer than one second on one place. Hope you liked the Neterlands.

    Regards Pieter.
