Estero Lagoon is my favorite place to photograph. Late afternoon the sun reflects off the buildings, creating a lot of different color backgrounds. But the background on this image are the reflections of two guys walking along the lagoon wearing red shirts.

    Well composed and executed Adams,
I like the capture and the action. Love the bold blue water droplets...the reflection is very pleasing...I wish that the bird would of had his eye opened...good show...

Love the action and the gorgeous colours - a open eye would have been nice. Well done.

I mgiht add a bit of canvas to the bottom - or recrop so that the reflection is complete rather than having the wing tips cut off.

Nice action shot Adams. It looks like some one snuck and pushed the bird into the water surprising the little guy. Nice colours.

Absolutely love the colors of this BG & FG in this shot. The action and size of the water droplets are amazing. Having spent hours shooting these birds down low, it is rare that I have seen one bathe with its eyes open... unfortunately for us photographers.

Love the water you get in your images, just stunning! Great low angle and action too.
