    Gina, he's beautiful! I think the exposure on the bird and the BG are very nice but the perch looks a bit hot. You might try selecting it and toning it down a bit in pp. Also, it's totally up to you, but you might consider cloning out the beak shadow as well. Nice head angle and love the catchlight in his eye!

    I like the composition and capture...agree with Julie about the hot perch...you have good details and good color rendition...congrats...looking forward to your next one...:cool:

    Hi Gina - Lovely BG and good looking Bird to boot - shadow of the beak does not worry me - would tone down the perch a little though.

    Hi Gina, I really like the pose you got. The bird really looks inquisitive to me. Nice head angle, good eye and sharp features. Well done.
