With the photo lab business a little slow this time of year, thought I would take the day off and take advantage of yesterdays storm. Captured in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Thanks for looking.

    Hi Dan,
Nice image. I like the angle of the snow bank and the curve of the fox's body looking downhill. The raised paw is a nice touch too. The BG, although busy for some, gives me the impression of him popping out of the woods for a quick look around. Is this a really light colored fox or is it just a bit bright because of the sunny conditions? (I think I'm seeing a bit of a yellowish cast but I'm not sure)

    Dan,

Steve summed up my feelings pretty well. I think the BG works well here and I don't find it distracting.

I love the diagonal formed by the snow, it adds dynamism. I like the habitat too.

Agree with all of the above comments. Beautifully captured and a very pleasing composition. The intent look puts it over the top for me.

Thanks for the feedback. Steve, he was kind of a light colored fox.
