    Photographed today Nanaimo Estuary Mark II N 500 F4 -1.4 converter 400 ISO 1/125 @5.6 Kind of a environmental image i was thinking . I like the fact the Two of them were together

    The eyes have it in this frame - the BG if lighter would be distracting - WOW on a great capture! Bob

    A nice shot considering the b/g you had to work with, Brad.
    I was there a few days ago, and there were more duck hunters than there were birds.

    Great that both birds look at you. The setting made the exposure a bit tricky. I like the repost and would crop a bit off the top.

    Hi Brad,
    Nice picture of both birds together in the same frame. Good eye contact and nice sharpness. They were there when I went on Sunday but not that close to one another. There is a third bird there too that usually hangs out with them.
