    Although this is a handsome bird, I am finding the lower part of the perch quite dominant. I would crop to just above the OOF foreground piece of wood and then add some canvas in front (if you have it). There is some odd haloing around the face of the bird (the result of post processing work in that area's BG??). Quite the low shutter speed...you could open-up and give yourself some extra shutter speeds (and some extra BG blur as an added bonus).

    Nice find and eye contact. I don't mind the perch but would clone out the grass crossing the bird's chest and increase the saturation a few points. Maybe a bit more space, especially top and right.

    I agree with Daniel regarding the crop.
