Very hard to get these guys in a clean BG - Possibly the leaves RHS are a distraction. D3 Sigmonster @800mm F5.6 1/80th -0.7EV 800 ISO Tripod Very very early morning light - could have gone to a faster ISO - still wasn't going to make a huge difference. commenst welcome.
Beautiful bird. Nice pose as well. I think the green balances itself out with some on both sides.
I like the pose and eye contact. Maybe a bit more room at the bottom and the BG in the upper right is a bit distracting and I would sharpen the bird a bit more.
Nice pose and certainly a more secretive species. I would suggest a little more noise reduction on the background. :)
