    Starting to see more barn owls this winter... this was captured a couple years ago here in northern Utah.

    Very nice shot. Detail is teriffic. Saw my first one this winter at Farmington Bay yesterday, but wasn't shootable. Congrats on a great shot.

    I'm quite envious, I've never seen a barn owl in the field. Great details, light and BG.

    I have never seen one of this guys flying in daylight and love this image. Great wing´s pose, sharpness and light. Very good job John
