    Default Redshank

    Hi

This photo was taken on a holiday at the beginning of December. The garden of the cottage I had rented ran directly into the mud flats of an estuary :). So I set up the pop-up hide on a small spit of land that when out into the mud and waited to see what the rising tide brought to me. It only turned out to be redshank but I had some good fun with them in the early morning winter light

Excellent composition. I like that the two bird are opposite and both with full reflections.

I like the composition, soft light and the OOF bird works really well, too. I might remove the sheen on the bill.

Hi Rich I like a lot the OOF bird in the Bg and the tack sharp bird in the FG. The combination works well. I think that a different composition, with more room at the left, also would work fine.
