Although the fish were not big, plenty of them would be good :)

i'm sure you'll hear 'more noise reduction on background'. personally, i don't mind it too much.

very nice composition Fabs. nice to see something other than caplin in the puffin's beak for a change! ever shot i have of one with feed is caplin only. it's also a bonus that this little guy/gal has a shrimp or krill in his catch along with the fish!

i wonder if the bird could stand a little more contrast? seems the head is a little dull? maybe that's just me?

i would also remove the single piece of grass exiting the frame on the lower left.

love all your and Alfred's Newfoundland images Fabs! the make me wait anxiously for next summer! :)

    all the best.

Quite a mouthful. :) I really like the setting, composition and BG. I might sharpen the bird a bit more and run NR on the BG.

Love it Fabs! Great eye contact (all 20 of them)! Exposure is perfect. I like the composition with all the round shapes (foreground, body, and head).

Agree with all the above and would have liked very much a little more room on the right side, thanks for sharing this moment.

Love the way he is looking at the camera but feel sorry for those poor little fishes.

The detail, colours and markings on that head are amazing. Not to mention a beak full of fish. Great image Fabs.
