Default Nine Mile Pond - Everglades National Park

    Camera: Canon EOS 20D IR
    Lens: Canon 10-22 EFS
    Exposure: 1/15
    Aperture: f/18
    Focal Length: 15 mm
    ISO Speed: 100
    Exposure Bias: +2 EV
    Manual Mode

I used Viveza and Silver Effect Pro to dodge and burn the clouds/sky; added a ND Grad filter in Nik Color Efx Pro 3.0 to bring out the lower half esp. the grasses.

Michael, I wish I had half your "eye" for black and white. Wow... I love the grass in the FG...you did a nice job on it. My one suggestion would be to consider cloning out the three really small clouds at the top of the frame near the middle...they are so little I find them a bit distracting. The other smaller clouds mixed in with the larger ones don't bother me but those three at the top do...might just be me.

Michael, I love the wispy grass- I'd cut off half the sky if it were mine-I do like your conversion!

    Hi Michael,
I like this as presented - I think that it wold be a pity to crop the sky as it is so pretty but the grass takes it over the top for me. Well done!
    Regards,
    Nicki
