    1 of about 800 frames taken of this bird yesterday, these young RT's are much more approachable then the adults.

    Good to have such a cooperative model. I like the pose, details, eye contact and BG.

    I like the preflight pose and the inclusion of the thistles. Nice series you have going here.

    I have yet to encounter such a cooperative RTH. Nice one, was this pose part of a stretch...or the beginning of a take-off?

    Great detail and light. A little more lift in the wings would increase the tension. The tail fan is great!

    thanks Mike, yes, a few flights., hovering, and had to use the zoom to pull back!

    thanks Daniel .. I have 2 here, and yesterday they both let me get inside 25 feet, I did back off once I gathered enough frames, as I do want to build a sense of trust with these birds, as I will visit them every day., less then 10 miles from home.
