Snowy After Glow

This was taken just after sunset the clouds were reflecting a beautiful warm glow.

Canon 50D 500mm f4 1.4x, Evaluative metering +1 1/80 @ 5.6.

Very cool light, pose and open mouth. I would only run some noise reduction on the BG. What ISO did you use? I would crop some off the top and add space at the left. I'm undecided whether CW rotation would be good as the eyes are leveled as presented.

Good to see you the other day. This was what I was hoping for on Sunday, but alas, it wasn't meant to be. Love the low angle and compostion. The open bill makes this one stand out. Excellent.

Pretty cool photo; the open mouth is what sets this one apart from all the other 'snowy on the beach' photos that we've been seeing lately. I might apply a little CCW rotation.
