    Hi Doctor,
I remember that day...I like it...I took the liberty in cropping your composition, eliminating the bottom horizontal block, which was a bit over powering...see if you like this take...:)

    Hi Harold
Great comp. I love how the bridge supports look as they go on to infinity. The concrete almost looks alive from the HDR treatment. Such a lovely colour.
I know it is a bit late now but I usually get halos when I take only three exposures. Once I move up to five or seven the halos reduce dramatically. I don't know if this helps at all.

Can't help with the halos - never had one, so don't know how to rid oneself of one (smile)
Love the comp & would leave the front block - adds to the solidity of the image.

I'm with Gail, rather like that front block..REALLY cool image! Looks like Gus brough in some darks which I like brings out a bit more definition in the stone.

    Nice one Mr H

can you add contrast or strengthen somehow the bridge sections at the far end, in order to pull the eye in even farther?

Harold, cool shot I like Gus' re-post I feel the bottom adds too much weight as is (you could maybe leave some of it) But great colors and very interesting comp. I like the sunkist section!

Harold - I was looking at this image again and noticed the bright orange triangle of light about halfway down the right side. It seems to pull the eye away from the main image, maybe tone that triangle down?
I really like the image - very strong composition

Robs Idea will work Harold it is a good observation. You will also get the halos in how its processed Don't have the program here with me but will post tonight, maybe will get Fabs to post.

btw if you look at the right side you could have gone one of two more stops under !!! I like it a lot !!!

Light Smoothing is the culprit, in detail enhancer. The further left you click, the more halos. Go all the way to the right for a smooth transition.

Great shot Harold: I found I got some halos because the photos weren't lined up exactly the same. Using my remote gave me perfect alignement. Was using a decent Manfrotto tripod and switched the head to Artie's Giotto pocket head which I like . . .

    I love your landscapes lately.

    Thanks for sharing

Love this one more than your second post with the sunlight coming in. HDR makes the colours look so wonderful. Good job Harold. Might take some off the bottom.
