Looks like a cozy spot. Bird looks a soft - not sure if this is a focus or sharpening issue. A touch of fill flash may have improved the details on the right side ot the bird.

I think Tony has made an excellent assessment of the image. He does look comfortable and his colors are beautiful. I did a quick round of sharpening and lightened slightly using levels and saw a nice improvement. It's a very nice image.....and one that I'd like to capture some day.
