    Good wing position, and exposure. The bird had not passed you yet when you pressed the shutter...that is a good thing. The image needs some CW rotation, and I find the OOF egrets more of a distraction - I would certainly get rid of them.

    Nice and sharp. I like the wing position and that the bird is flying towards you. I agree with Daniel about the need for CW rotation and also about the OOF white birds.
