I seem convinced that the birds conspire to slow down behavior when I go out shooting. Waited for hours at Wako until finally one of the GBH's decided to do a fly in.

I darkened the sky in PS CS 4 using Nik Viveza.

How's the sky blue look? Should I trim some from the left?

Dramatic colours and pose - almost has an HDR look to it. There are some dust bunnies that could use healing.

Comp works well, and lovely landing posture captured in this. You have managed to show up the detail under the wing nicely. Well done Michael.

    Excellent timing and composition.
The colors and tones look a bit off and unnatural on my monitor.
Perhaps too much S/H in Photoshop?

Pose and details look great. The sky and whites don't look right on my monitor.

Wing position detail and clarity look great Michael, but the colors look a little funky on my monitor as well
all and all very nicely done. Hope all is well Michael.
