    From early this morning.

    The angle isn't great, but these birds were rather high up and wouldn't come down.

    Nikon D300, 500 AFSVR, TC14EII, F7.1, ISO 800, 1/1000, CW metering, +.7EV

    I don't find the angle too disturbing. Head angle and seed in the beak are great.

    Nice Jim. I like the detail, bird with primary food scourse, and light. A very difficult species to find and photograph in my experience.
