Love the exposed talons Joe! I'd probably move the bird to the left a little more. And I wish the head was more visible; it gets a little lost against the far wing. I'm counting the days until I pay you a visit!

I love the pose and concentration of the bird. I like the DOF. Entire bird is in focus and sharp.

Great wing position, details and BG. I agree with Doug regarding the head and composition.

What a great image! I agree with moving the bird to the left a bit, but sometimes comp is in the eye of the beholder =)

Love the pose with the upswept wings, fanned tail and extended legs. Agree with Doug's comments. I would remove the dark OOF object in the BG that is touching the right (bird's left) wing and may be tempted to select and blur the BG a bit.

    Hi Joe,
Love the action and pose. I agree with Doug's comment regarding composition and head angle. Maybe emphasizing the eye, using Artie's digital eye doctor techniques would help a bit...Otherwise a very nice shot!

Joe: Another very nice harrier image. Love the talons out, and the wing position. I'd be proud to have this in my files. I think a slight dodge on the eye to brighten it up would help. That's being pretty picky, because this is a great shot.

Wonderful wing and tail fan, along with the extended talons. Sets off nicely from the bg. I agree about removing the small dark intrusion against the wing.

I think all nits are covered by other members. I love the pose and extended talons. You did an outstanding job and can only get a better one now!
