The beauty of the free Corel PSP is that you can then buy X2 Ultimate upgrade at half price (about $50), and it has about $200 worth of other programs, some that can be used as plug-ins with PS. Look here for X2 Ultimate features. Plus it comes with 50 picture frames and 75 free ones you can download. Also has lots of tubes (Define Brushes) 90% of Stationery Gurus have used PSP for years doing as many incredible things, some better then PS Gurus. Their free animation program is fantastic and easy to use. Plus there are tons of tutorials (FREE) available on the web.
