    Techs: Lerch's portrait was treated with a sandstone application and a splash of watercolor...

    Meet Lerch; one of the colorful personalities that resides in Miami's Metro Zoo. Lerch is respected by his fine feathered friends because he keeps things in order; always cleaning up after his friends...:eek::D

    Hi Gus,
    Yes, he really does look like Lurch!! :eek:
    I love the treatment and the bg colours are stunning. What really makes it for me though is that the eye is tack sharp.

    Beautiful job on this one, Gus. It's weird to see pastel watercolors next to a vulture...but I like it!

    I love the texture and compos, not sure about the abrupt change from warm to cool. I'm getting old :(

    I like the subject matter, effect and colored backround. Did you create the halo around the subject?
