Settings are -

40D, Sigma 50-500 @500mm on tripod with Mongoose 3.5a
1/1250sec, f/8, ISO 400, Exp comp -1/3

Nice light, details and the fish adds to it. I might give it more space at the top and would lighten the shadows a bit. A lower angle might have given you a BG without rocks at the bottom.
