Nice colours and BG. Good head angle and eye contact. Image looks a bit soft (presumably from the crop) but seems to have had a fair bit of sharpening applied already. Good idea to use fill flash but not sure how much effect it had at that distance and aperture. A higher viewpoint would be nice but seldom practical in these situations.
