cody, welcome to BPN!! there's a thread in the educational forum on how to size for web. your image here is very small and hard to see anything. if you figure out how to make the image larger, do repost here on the same thread. would love to see it!! and post your exif data too so everyone can help you out if needed.

Cody, I meant what Camera body you used, what lens you used, what focal length you shot it at, what your ISO was set on, what aperature you were using and what your shutter speed was. Sorry I tend to write in code on the net -guess I'm a lazy typer!! Anyway all that info is needed to give the proper guidance and or critique!

PS-If you aren't sure about anything or have a question just ask-This forum is filled with knowledgeable photographers who are very kind and willing to teach!! That's why I post here-I learn something new everyday!!!

    ok guys,

New question? I have read the threads on how to resize image and am having no luck. It does say that if it is a JPEG it may have problems. Yikes i guess that is error number 1 for me LOL cause all I have are jpegs. Is there any way to due this and if so what are the dementions? I typed in 1024x800 and it REALLY took the quality down.

    Camera info
Rebel XT 8 mega pixles on fine large jepeg
Cannon 75-300mm lens All picks @300
    iso 200
    Land scape mode
    f 5.6
    +_ is 0
    AWB

    Does that help????

Thanks to all for your help :)

Cody, Go to the Educational Resourses Forum (located on the Interim Page) -Fabs has posted a tutorial on how to size for web. Scroll down a ways because there are other posts related to that- but check hers out it is step by step.
I shoot in RAW , when you shoot in RAW it's like having the negative.
