    Nice habitat image Milo. I really like the mountain in the BG and the framing. sharpness is very good and also good job on the exposure.

    Did you shoot any of the this image in horiz? I would like to see more of the mountain top but I like this one as is also.

    Although the tree trunk is a bit overwhelming, I like your idea and have done similar ones last month. The cloud framing the Owl is a nice touch and so is the drop in the perch. Interesting. I like how the OOF branches in the lower right balance the composition.

    I like the environmental feel. Sharpness is great. Since it is an environmental image the tree trunk doesn't bother me.

    So, is the owl from 2008 watching us move on, or is it from 2009 welcoming us in?

    Love this enviromental image. Nice comp and I like the OOF mountain in the BG.. You guys are killing me with all these owl images.......
