    Kansas City is the "City of Fountains" and there is one down the street from my home that runs 24/7. I noticed the other day on my way to work that the ice was heaping up nicely (up to about 8') so I ventured out this morning in the 26 degree temp and made some images. The morning light really played up the aqua/blue tones in the deep, encrusted ice.
