I like the low angle and the bloody feathers. I wish the nictating membrane weren't covering the eye.

Best whishes for you and your family Behzad. The head turn and bird´s pose is very good and the image looks very sharp. i think that some contrast boost in photoshop could improve the image. I agree with Doug about the eye. By the way, the low angle is fantastic.
