    I usually go out of my way to photograph these birds I think there wonderful looking. Got lucky with this one he was very close and had a great opportunity. Taken at Wakohadchee Welands with a Canon 40-D ISO = 400 1/160th of a sec. at f/5 and a 100-MM Lens.
    Taking a moment to wish all a very happy and super healthy and prosperous New Year and to all your family's. All c/c's welcome.

    I like the serene mood, details and setting. I might increase the saturation a few points and give it a bit more space all around.
