    I photographed this owl in pretty low light. If you look closely, you can see that there is blood on the right talon, I guess the food situation is good there.

    1D3, 500f4, 1.4x, 1/250s, f/8, EC +0.67, ISO 400

    Very nice, I love the white owl on the sand almost looks like snow.

    Nice capture. The eyes are captivating and draws you right in.
    At first, I thought the owl was sitting on snow until I looked more closely and realized it was sand. Where was this taken?

    Another killer image of your snowies Axel. I really love this species and you cann´t image how much envy I have:D
    You did a very good job considering the low light and I like a lot the composition. Very well done and have a happy 2009!
