    Not sure if this works or not. I kinda liked the pose of this pelican and decided to frame it tightly.

    400D, 100-400 at 400
    1/200, f/5.6, ISO 400

    I like the tight crop and in your face close up pose. I like the sharp eye...well done...:cool:

    I love the sharpness to the head/hair area...he immediately reminded me of a heavy wire brush that you take paint off with!

    I wish there was a little better focus on the front shoulder but I do like the tight crop and high key effect. I also think you could get away with a much stronger contrast. Try putting the image in curves and hitting the "auto" button - see what you think!
