Pretty nice pose and great setting. Lovely head angle. I would be tempted to crop just above the partial out of focus leaf on the bottom and add some canvas top and right side as it feels a little tight for me. :)

I like the pose and raised tail. A slightly lower angle would have been good and I might sharpen the bird more, especially the head. It seems there are some clone marks in the lower left and right.
