Lovely BG and exposure control. Not sure what is causing the soft halo around the beak and back. I would remove the small dark area in LLC. Eye is fantastic.

Now that you guys pointed it out it is easy for me to see the halo too! As mentioned, beautiful BG and lovely bird! With my experience limitations, I find it amazing how you control the flash exposure! Cheers!
