    Really lovely, great background. Something funky is going on in the background, maybe burning it a little bit will help. I can see the surroundings on his eye :)

    Thanks for your input. What you're seeing in his eye is actually a cataract. I haven't seen too many deer with the condition, but I have other images of the same animal where both eyes are visible and the condition is apparent.

    Hey Jeff,

    Good to see you posting here. Great buck in some really nice country. Seems a bit to saturated and a bit cool. Might have liked a little more room around the deer to see the legs and bit more BG or gone in even tighter. Hope to see more...

    Nice looking antlers on this guy. I also like the tattered ear (gives him some character). Like the red colored BG too. I'm seeing a bit of blue in some of the darker areas.
