    Hi Stuart,

    The first thing I noticed was the busy BG. The bird is also too close to the edge of the frame. Let's try to leave some more room in front of the bird for the next time You have plenty of room in the back.

    In the positive side, you did well with the DOF, keeping both birds sharp in the frame.

    Keep them coming!

    I agree with Maxis. Also a couple of unfortunate stray branches running behind the head and bill of both birds respectively. I like the windswept plumes...very elegant.

    I like the breeding plumage and mood and agree regarding the busy BG.

    i am trying but your snow owls are to die for.do not think i could walk 4 hours in the snow for them reg stuart
