    this is one from last year taken at Yates Mill Pond outside of Raleigh, NC.

    D300, 28-80 at 38mm, f/6.3, 1/250s, -1.3EV, ISO 400

    converted to b&w and painted back in the wreath in capture nx.

    thanks for looking. comments and critiques are very much appreciated. and i'm gonna be outta here for a few days. not sure on internet connection, but will try to check in as much as possible!!! Happy Christmas to All!!!!!!

    A very fine composition and image Doctor.
    I like the water fall to the left and the surrounding trees. The red wreath puts this over the top...:)This looks like an old fashion country christmas...I like the feel and mood...congrats...well done.

    Harold, It's an old fashioned Christmas-how wonderful! Love the waterfall and the wreath as Gus said puts this over the top!!! Merry Christmas.
