Sorry folks but this is one of the most enjoyable captures I have had in many years of photographing Pelicans.

Image captured with a Canon 30D, 24-70L, at 48mm, 1/80sec, ISO 100, F6.3, Pattern Metering.

I know this is not an image worthy in its technical values, but it is one of my favourites.

Very funny interaction. :) I would have gone to ISO 400 for higher shutter speed and there is some blue cast.

What a fun capture. I'm surprised that the next patient is still hanging around. Technically speaking it isn't bad, sometimes you have to capture the moment and hope everything else falls into place. Thanks for sharing.

Made me laugh the first thing in the morning!! I agree it is not the most beautiful image, but it sure shows behavior that is not always captured by Nature Photographers.
