    this is my second attempt to upload this bird, i hope i did things right this time.:o

    Hi Mike,
    You have a good clear background, less noise in the background this time, but still see traces of it. The capture angle is too steep, and the bird is centered in frame. you need to off center him, by cropping from the right of the frame and adding canvas to the left. I also find him a bit on the soft side with a soft eye; you might want to selective sharpen. and the head angle and eye contact are a bit off. work the image and repost it. would like to see it after your enhancements...:cool:

    Fully agree with Gus but you are making some keepers Mike !!!

    Would suggest to go back and see what you were doing a few months ago !! Will the changes will plesently supprise you !! Proud of you!!!

    Did and looks good Mike !!!! When you work on the background try increasing the magnification to see detail around the bird. Got some areas around the lets still white but not bad PS work at all !!!

    Hi Mike,
    You sure did better like Mr. Forns said, but in addition to the white traces left from the coloring in the background, you put the perch on the lower right side of the intersecting corner which you did not have in your original...need to correct this...:cool:
