While walking around the Gilbert Riparian last week I found this little guy jumping and flying all around me and posing, the back ground seemed just right to me ? I could not refuse.

Hi Bernie and welcome to BPN! You certainly do have a nice BG here. However there is quite a bit of noise on both the bird and the BG. The bird is not particularly sharp; not sure what your shutter speed was, but at f/11 that may have been an issue. I would have liked to have seen more of a head turn. From a composition standpoint, I would move the bird to the right of the frame. Lastly, I would remove the little twig at the bottom of the frame. Thanks for posting!
