Lovely warm colour palette, Bill. Image looks a little tight to me and pity about the amputated feet. Is this a significant crop? - there seems to be some loss of detail and some BG noise - may just be a NR and sharpening tweak needed but I would be cautious with any more sharpening on the legs. Stuart's comment about the third heron makes me think I'm missing something here.
Sharp, nice EXP, lovely breeding plumage. Feet clipped, one bird looking away, and a bit of distracting sky.
