    I made this image last Saturday at the Venice Rookery. I was the only person there until about 8:30am.

    Great comp. Detail is great as well. I wasn't aware there were sand hills at the rookery.

    Love the action captured here, Adams. The exposure looks right on with good detail in the whites. On my monitor the bird looks a little soft - maybe another round of sharpening would help.
