    Congratulations Steve Maxson

Winter is fast approaching - there is snow on the ground and our lake is frozen, so I thought it was time to post this image of a red squirrel in a snow storm. 40D, 500 f/4, 1/250, f/8, ISO 400. Comments are welcome.

Glad to see this one here for Wildlife - shows that even the smallest critters make great images. Congrats.

    Congratulations Steve!

I loved this one. I agree with Robert's comment. It is not just the mega fauna like tiger, lion, leopard, elephant etc that will fetch you winners, but even the smallest of the critters near home can do the same as well.

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi

Awesome! The snowflakes on its nose and whiskers really make the image. You probably had snowflakes on your nose while making it ;7)

Nice one Steve! Really captures the harshness of winter.
