    Hi Bill

    You made a sharp image well exposed and with a good head position. Would frame different giving more space up top and showing less of the neck. I'm bothered by the light stripe crossing the horns and bright ear. Softer light would have worked well.

    As presented and can select the eye and lighten to give it life, maybe even a catchlight. btw I like the camera settings !!

    I would tone down the hot spots on the ear and horn from the harsh lighting, and would add canvas to the top to give the buck more room for the horns. also add more room to the left of the frame...:eek:

    Very nice capture, Bill. In addition to other suggestions, you might mask around the horns and lighten the background to distinguish the horns from the background a little more dramatically. I also opened the shadows on the horns and around the eye a bit.

    Nice job on the repost David, thank you. The lighter background really popped the horns.
