    This is an image from yesterday. I just love the brilliant colors of these small little birds.

    Keith, great job with the flash, and the saturation on the yellow is just right. Personally I'm not digging the vertical perch and how it sticks out behind the neck. The angle of the perch has also caused to top foot being hidden - wish we could see it. If this is a feeder setup you can place yourself to have the perch more on a diagonal instead. I would also eliminate the OOF curved white streak at bottom and fix the messy ULC. Nice pose and eye contact from your subject!

    I like your composition, but the OOF perch in the foreground could go a bit darker as not to take away from subject.

    I agree with the above replies, especially cloning out or darkening the OOF branch in front. The comp and colors look good.

    You did well with a somewhat awkward pose and a less than ideal perch. Sharp with a perfect EXP. A fairly big crop from the bottom might make this a much stronger image....
