    This was set up with the holidays in mind and as usual for me, my backyard bluebirds cooperated.

    I'm glad you have such cooperative models. I like the soft light, setting, BG and details. The head angle and composition look good, too.

    Nice berries and plesing COMP. The BKGR looks a bit lummpy esp in front of the bird; did you do any cloning there??? lastly, and this is a fine point, with over the shoulder images, I greatly prefer that the bird's head be parallel to the back of the camera rather than be turned slightly towards you as it is here. All in all, happy holidays to all!

    Nice pose and the berries are a great element. The soft light and the BG look super.
    Agreed with the previous critiques, I would do a 30 second run of NR on the BG to smooth it out.

    Nice composition and pose - really captures the holiday mood (even during summer in the southern hemisphere!) I think a bit of fill flash would really have helped to open up some of the shadows and brighten the image.
