Birds don't excite me as do tigers. I think it shows up in my bird images. :o

This weekend, I decided late in the night to drive down to a lake 100kms away from my house in search of flamingoes. They haven't arrived yet. But found this Painted Stork resting by the lake side. I had never seen them in this pose before. Look forward to your comments.

Lovely low angle in capturing this image Sabyasachi, and the stork is nice and sharp. I feel he is just a bit small in the frame, and I would maybe take some space off the top, and RHS. Still, well captured, and keep them coming.

Hi Sabyasachi! If birds don't excite you as much as tigers, we need to get you photographing raptors in flight; that can be pretty exciting! I'm going to have to give tigers a try one of these days. I agree with Stuart about the bird being a little small in the frame. Also I think the entire image could stand a saturation boost.

Nice comp and colors. Agree about maybe cropping a little to bring more emphasis on the bird.

Hello Sabyasachi! Tigers sounds exciting! Never try a Tokina 11-16 lens when shooting them! I had never seen this bird. Thanks! I agree with everyone else about cropping, the rest seems very nice! Cheers!
