Default American Wigeon (A Look Back at the Original)

I posted this image a couple of days ago with the twigs cloned out and received some comments regarding the cloning (not done well. :o). It was suggested to me that I should post the uncloned version and ask whether you find the twigs distracting?

So now that I drew your attention to it, here goes.

No Ed the twigs wouldn't have twigged with me ;) if you hadn't drawn my attention to them!! The light tones appears a little bright though on my monitor.

Here's a quick attempt at cloning away the twigs. A couple of other minor adjustments too.

Thanks John. Thanks Doug. I appreciate the comments. And Doug, I appreciate your efforts at cloning out the twigs and such. My real question here is whether the twigs are a distraction. John says not. Doug, since you cloned them out, I assume your answer is yes they are a distraction.

Any other feedback from others of you. I know it is tough when I call your attention to twigs and then ask if they are a distraction.
