    Hi All
Significant crop and some LR2 and PS to remove distractions. Comments and suggestions much appreciated.

Gail super fine job on the exposure and the detail and BG are just wonderful, nice light too!!!!

I would be tempted to get rid of the stick by birdies tail and bird looks a bit cramped in the frame to me?

    Hi Gail,
I like the composition, image and exposure. I agree with Nonda on cloning out the semi oof branch on the lower left side of the frame; its taking away the attention from the bird. The subject has good color rendition with razor sharp details. As far as the placement in frame, Its ok; it might feel tight to some, but the way I see it, your subject has a semi low peeking pose which works very well in this situation. I like the head angle and eye contact...you did well...proud of you...looking forward to your next surprise capture...:)

Gail just get rid of the stick around the tail and you have a winner. Great details and sharpness. Don't mind the crop as it seems to suit the image. Love the sharpness in the eye and the exposure. Well done!!

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I understand that better get the stick up the tail out of there. I think I was hoping that after all the other removals I made that you wouldn't notice, but you are all too discerning.
    Thanks

Great comments Would try less of a crop and the stick would be an easy fix with quick mask !! Love the perfect head angle !!!
