    This Starling was hanging off my bird feeder. I think they are wonderful birds and often overlooked. They are wonderful mimics. I was on Inishbofin an island off Co.Galway recently and listened to this Starling calling as though it was a Curlew and then shortly after it imitated a Chough. They quite often imitate car alarms.

    This is beautiful, Craig. They are impressive birds in a number of ways. I love the BG and iridescence on the bird. Well done.
