D300, Bigma at 500mm, f/6.3, 1/800s, -0.7EV, ISO 400, flash fill no beamer at +1.0EV.

I like the pose, eye contact and details but would try to tone down the highlights a bit.

Maybe it's just a matter of (re)calibrating your monitor.
